No, we’re sorry to say that we won’t be delivering fruit to customer’s homes this year. But we will make pick-up sites as convenient as possible.

When will I receive my order?

We won’t know exactly when the fruit will be ripe until closer to the date. We will notify customers via email, phone, and will post updates on our website as the harvest dates approach.

Is the fruit organic?

Yes, we are using USDA certified organic on all fruit.

When do I pick up my order?

We will contact you approximately 1 week before the fruit arrives with your pickup date.

Where do I pickup my order?

Clallam County orders will be available for pickup in Port Angeles and Sequim.

Jefferson County orders will be available for pickup in Port Townsend, Chimacum, and Quilcene.

Kitsap County orders will be available for pickup in Poulsbo, Silverdale, and Port Orchard.

When is the deadline to order?

The deadline to order spring fruits (cherries and apricots) is June 15th, 2018. For summer fruit (pears, nectarines and peaches) it is August 15th, 2018. Please have your checks mailed 2 days prior.

Can I have someone else pick it up for me?

Absolutely! Send them with your printed invoice if you paid online. If you paid by check please send them with a written note and include your name, address, and the order details (how many cases of each fruit).

Is my order tax-deductible?

Donations only are tax-deductible, per IRS rules, not products or services.

You can add a donation on the check-out page or the order form, which is entirely tax-deductible!

What are you fundraising for?

Each county has their own fundraising goals.

Funds raised by the NW Discovery Lab (who is organizing this fundraiser) will go to benefit 4-H partner programs, including Applied Sciences (Howling Chickens robotics team) and Windward School (a daytime enrichment program for science and arts).

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via check, PayPal, debit/credit card, and Apple Pay.

Can I make a donation?

Yes, you can add a donation to your order during checkout. The donation is tax deductible and a separate donation receipt will be provided with your order at pickup.

What if I can't pick up my order during the pickup times?

Summer is a busy time for everyone, so we expect some customers will be on vacation or otherwise unable to pick up their order. All of the fruit that is not picked up from the trucks will be taken to a central location in each county, and stored for up to 1 week. They will not be refrigerated because we don’t have the ability to refrigerate cases of fruit, so we urge customers to arrange pickup ASAP by emailing

Can I pick up my fruit from any of the pickup locations?

You can choose from any pickup location in your county; any location in your county will have the inventory for your fruit and the order information for your order.

Is there a processing fee for using a credit card and Paypal?

Yes, if you checkout from using a credit card or Paypal, you will be charged 3.5%. This doesn’t seem like much, but it means the world to the 4-H clubs who are counting on raising funds this summer. If you’d like to avoid paying the fee, you can mail a check!
